One Time Hand Building Class

Service Description

Hand build a garden gnome! Friday, May 19th, 4:45-6:15pm Minimum age is 15 Students will be shown how to form a slab into a hat and create a pinch pot for the body. Students will then add detail and texture to their gnomes. At the end of class, students will glaze. A fun project for Spring! The pieces students create must dry for at least 1 week before going into the first firing. After the first firing, instructors will then fire pieces for a second time. This process usually takes about 4-5 weeks. Due to limited storage space, the studio can only hold pottery for 4 weeks. After 3 weeks (from the date we notify that pottery is done and ready for pickup) we will have to discard your pieces. A processing fee will be charged for any cancellations.

Cancelation Policy

If we do not receive notification on your cancellation request within 3 business days of class a full refund may not be issued.
